Horses For Hope helps both humans and animals heal

By Ashlea Witoslawski

People are invited to experience the unique work done by not-for-profit group Horses for Hope tomorrow.

The Horses For Hope Equine Assisted Narrative Therapy Program has been operating in the Shepparton area for the past 15 years, helping humans and horses who have suffered from past trauma.

The program is designed to help individuals who find it difficult to engage with more traditional counselling and enables people to understand and successfully deal with and overcome dominating problems in their lives.

On the day, participants will learn more about the program and the organisation.

The Horses for Hope Equine Assisted Narrative Therapy Program is on tomorrow from 10am at 840 Ardmona Rd, Ardmona North.

This is a free event and bookings are not essential, but are encouraged at bit.ly/2R9fcx5

To learn more, phone the Horses for Hope manager on 0417 541 778 or email colin.emonson@horsesforhope.org.au
