Three people involved in a multi-vehicle collision in Shepparton this afternoon were taken to Goulburn Valley Health.
Shepparton Police Senior Constable Matt Krul said the collision occurred on the Midland Hwy just after 4.30pm.
"We have a three vehicle collision as a result of a fail to give way at a red light," Sen Const Krul said.
"The vehicle that is at fault was travelling eastbound on the Midland Hwy and has failed to give way at a red light causing the collision."
Sen Const Krul said three occupants of the cars, two males and a female, were taken to Goulburn Valley Health with non life threatening, non serious injuries.
Country Fire Authority personnel also attended the scene to clear the oil from the road which was leaking from one of the vehicles.
Traffic travelling to Mooroopna on the Midland Hwy was affected for about an hour as the road was cleared.
