All Saints Anglican Church is preparing for its produce market this weekend.
Traditionally known as the church fete, this year the event will host community stalls, children’s competition and a raffle with more than 10 prizes to be won.
‘‘The fun children’s competition is themed ‘how you see Christmas’ with lots of Hungry Jacks vouchers to be won,’’ Phyll Bramley said.
‘‘All you have to do is bring your drawing along by 10am to the hall on market day and don’t forget to put your name on the back because winners will be decided by popular vote.’’
Once again there will be delicious home-made cakes, jams and sauces, fresh vegetables and plants for the home garden.
Ms Bramley said tickets for the 14-prize raffle would be available on the day.
‘‘Continuous food will be available throughout the day including pavlova, cheesecake or Devonshire scones, while the senior school band entertains you or maybe you would like a barbecue with a Harris premium bean coffee,’’ she said.
‘‘It’s almost here.’’
The All Saints Produce Market is on Saturday from 9am to 1pm at the All Saints Anglican Church, corner of Frances and Kerferd Sts, Tatura. For information or to book a stall, phone Robert Cruickshank on 58241761.
