VicRoads will shut down a section of the Midland Hwy again today.
The road is being closed during the day to permit the filming of a television commercial for the TAC.
The commercial involves a simulated crash into one of the new dividing barriers that have been installed on the highway.
VicRoads notified some road users such as freight companies of the closure via Facebook last week, but other road users have reported no prior warning.
The closure had been put into effect from 7am to 9pm yesterday, and will also apply today and tomorrow and affect a stretch of highway between Minchin and Starritt Rds.
